Subprocessor List

This page identifies the subprocessors engaged by Phoenix Consultants Group, Inc. (“Phoenix”) in connection with the FireFlight Data Systems platform and related services.

Phoenix hosts FireFlight Data Systems on infrastructure it owns and operates. Phoenix does not use a third-party public cloud provider to store or process Customer Data.

Current Subprocessor

Subprocessor Purpose Data Processed Location
PayPal, Inc. Payment processing Billing contact name, email address, billing address, and transaction amounts. Payment card numbers are collected and stored by PayPal, not by Phoenix. PayPal does not receive Customer Data submitted to the FireFlight platform. United States

Changes to This List

Phoenix will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice before engaging an additional subprocessor that will process Personal Data on behalf of a Customer, in accordance with the applicable Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

If a Customer reasonably objects to a new subprocessor on data-protection grounds within the notice period, Phoenix and the Customer will work in good faith to identify a reasonable alternative. If no reasonable alternative is available, the Customer may exercise any rights provided in the applicable agreement.

Authoritative Terms

This page is provided for transparency. If there is a conflict between this page and a signed agreement with a Customer, the signed agreement controls.
